Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned sports gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
